Complete six training levels before facing Goliath in the last two. Break jars, clear a wall, aim at different heights, allow for wind, and time a throw past a moving shield. These practice challenges prepare you for the moving giant.
Drag the stone back, away from the target, and release. A longer pull adds power. Each level has its own stone allowance: three in the first, five in every later level. Retry any unlocked level; completed levels and best stars stay saved on this browser.
How to play David and Goliath
Drag the stone with a finger or mouse and release to throw. Use the dotted trajectory to adjust your aim. With the stone focused, arrow keys aim and Enter throws.
Practice your aim
Levels 1–3 teach distance, throwing over a wall, and hitting three jars.
Build your skill
Levels 4–6 add targets at different heights, headwind, and a moving shield in front of a practice jar.
Face Goliath
Levels 7–8 test your aim against the moving giant. In the final level, allow for headwind and hit his forehead once to win. No shield-breaking step is required.
Earn stars with fewer throws
Each completed level earns one to three stars. Use the minimum number of throws for three stars, one extra for two, or more for one. Replay unlocked levels to improve your best result.

Preview the battle scene and help with aiming as needed. Use only on-screen controls; do not imitate stone throwing.

How do I throw a stone?

How many stones do I get?
The first level gives you three stones. Each of the other seven levels starts with five; stones are not shared between levels. One hit on Goliath’s forehead wins the final level.
Does the game save progress?
Completed levels and your best star rating for each level are saved in this browser when local storage is available. An unfinished attempt restarts when you reopen the game. There is no account or cross-device sync.
Is it suitable for kids and Sunday school?
An adult can preview the aiming controls and the scene in which Goliath falls before deciding whether it suits a child or group. Younger players may need help with aiming. It can also be played together on a shared screen.
